Where we came from
We didn't come from a marketing agency background. We came from the other side of the table.
Between us, we spent years in corporate law and business advisory — M&A transactions, commercial contracts, financial analysis, working inside deals where the numbers mattered and the detail counted. We understood how businesses actually make and lose money. Not theoretically — from reviewing the financials in real transactions.
